Tonis Tiigi 0f74f9a794 bake: fix testing json formatted output 
Because the test checked for combinedoutput, it
could contain internal warning messages in stderr.
JSON output is guaranteed in stdout.

Tonis Tiigi 9a30215886 tests: avoid early shutdown of sandbox 
Because sandbox is closed down when the main test
that created the sandbox returns it can't have subtests
that set themselves as parallel as they would continue
to run in a different lifecycle.
