Tonis Tiigi f118749cdc history: add error details to history inspect command 
For failed builds, show the source with error location and last
logs for vertex that caused the error. When debug mode is on,
stacktrace is printed.

Tonis Tiigi dd596d6542 bake: allow entitlements from overrides automatically 
If override specifies a path, mark it automatically allowed
so there is no need to use duplicate flags for defining the
same feature.

Tim Neumann 0fd935b0ca Skip Builder Init For Bake List Flags 
Add the flags --list-targets and --list-variables to the cases
where initializing the builder can be skipped.

This allows the listing of targets and variables
when no builder is available.

Resolves: docker/buildx#2755
