Akihiro Suda 9e876421ee deprecate docker buildx install and docker buildx uninstall 
Deprecate these commands in favor of using `docker buildx` directly,
without relying on the `docker builder` alias.

The commands have been hidden since the beginning.

Roberto Villarreal 3301329d57 Ensure typed variables with no value still carry type 
A value-less, untyped variable has always been converted to an empty
string.  The intention was that value-less, typed variables convert to a
 typed null, which was even specified in a code comment, but was never
actually implemented.

This resulted in a null value with a nil type.  A value with a nil type
cannot be coerced ("unified") with any other standard types.  When this
mismatch occurs, HCL attempts to return a diagnostic error, which in
turn panics as the nil type is literally a nil pointer.

Sebastiaan van Stijn 1126d853a8 driver/kubernetes/context: don't use ResolveDefaultContext in test 
The ResolveDefaultContext function is only used internally by the CLI,
and has no known external users, except for this test in buildx. It was
exported in [cli@f820766] to allow (unit) testing, but did not document
that it was only exported for this purpose.

This patch rewrites the test to allow deprecating / removing the function
in the CLI.

Allows specifying platforms that should be included
in the new image, making it possible to reduce platforms
of existing multi-arch image. Previously the individual
image manifests needed to be used as sources, but that
dropped their related attestation manifests.

Tonis Tiigi 9c7b9628ef add progress=none option 
Currently there is no way to completely suppress the progress output.
We have --progress=quiet but it has additional effect of printing
image ID as a progress for historical reasons. --progress=none
behaves like quiet but without this extra output printing depending
on build output.
